Insurance
Navigating the realm of insurance can be overwhelming for you and for us. It is impossible to be familiar with all of the hundreds of different plans and their individual nuances, but please be assured that every effort will be made to help you maximize your plan’s benefits.
We ask that you provide all relevant insurance information to us before your visit so that we can verify your coverage.
We submit most insurance claims on your behalf. All deductibles and copayments are due on the day of service. Insurance companies typically process claims within four to six weeks. Any outstanding balance after the insurance payment is your responsibility.
At times, our fees may exceed the insurance company’s allowance, known as usual, customary, and reasonable (UCR) fees. An insurance company may also reject a claim or pay less than anticipated. All remaining balances are your responsibility.
You are responsible for all fees incurred at this office, regardless of insurance coverage.
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been discussed with our administrative team. Every effort will be made to provide you with a cost estimate for your customized treatment plan before any services begin.
In addition to cash and personal checks, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Sunbit financing is also available as a payment option.
Sunbit Financing
Sunbit is available to help you pay for dental procedures that your insurance does not fully cover. It allows you to spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments so you can take care of your dental health. Ask our team about Sunbit at your visit, or call us before your appointment to learn how it works.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
